1) Informational site; no automatic contract

All content on this site is marketing information only. We do not make binding offers on the website. Any engagement with BuildPipeline requires a separate, signed agreement (e.g., MSA/SOW) that defines scope, deliverables, pricing, success criteria, and legal terms. If there is any conflict, the signed agreement controls.

2) No guarantees

Statements about performance (e.g., conversion rates, meetings, productivity multipliers) are examples based on methodology and prior experience. Results vary by segment, list quality, and execution. We do not warrant any particular commercial outcome unless expressly agreed in writing.

3) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt operation;
• copy, scrape, or bulk-harvest content;
• use the site in violation of law or others' rights.

4) Intellectual property

All site content, branding, copy, graphics, and code are owned by BuildPipeline or its licensors. You may view the site for internal business purposes only. No license is granted beyond ordinary browsing.

5) Confidential information

Do not upload or paste confidential information into Calendly fields. If you need to share sensitive information, request an NDA in advance.

6) Third-party services

Calendly and other third-party tools are provided "as is" by their owners under their terms. We are not responsible for their availability or performance.

7) Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits/revenue. Our total aggregate liability for site use is limited to £100.

9) Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your unlawful or unauthorised use of the site.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new date/version.

11) Governing law

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
